This book was in my 'recommend for you' list. I was very skeptical about ordering it after reading the one and only review, but... after reading the 'free to download' first chapter of this book; my interest was peaked, so I downloaded the rest of the book to my Kindle.I promise you that there is no incest in this book, or any of the other untruths spouted in the previous review. I don't normally write reviews, but I felt it necessary to give this book and it's writer the credit they deserve.
You will be pleasantly entertained. I read 'Meagan's Heart' in one weekend while relaxing at the beach, and realized 'Meagan's Heart' could be anyone of our own personal 'stories'.
It's about a woman that gave her heart to another in body, mind and spirit. She went as far as 'taking vows' in the traditional way. Meagan is a christian woman that devoted her life to a higher power, so when she committed the rest of her life to her partner, Meagan took these vows very seriously, only to be told by her partner of 15 years that she no longer had feelings for Meagan, and wanted out.
Meagan was devastated, but through tears, time, and prayers, she learned that not only would she be okaay again, but she could find true happiness.

One thing this book does is show how difficult and painful letting go can be. Rejection is painful but there's hope for starting anew. Some stereotypical assumptions seemed out of place in the rhythm of the book but an overall enjoyable read.
